These Terms and Conditions apply to the Race Start: Reaction Test Time mobile application (hereafter referred to as the "Application") created by Kagan Harputlu (hereafter referred to as the "Service Provider"), offered as a Freemium service.

By downloading or using the Application, you agree to the following Terms. Please read them carefully before using the Application.

1. General Use and Disclaimer

Race Start: Reaction Test Time is a reflex training and entertainment game that measures your reaction time using racing start lights.

The Application is strictly for entertainment purposes only. All results are for personal improvement and leaderboard competition only.

2. Features and Functionality

  • Free Use: Users can access the full reaction time game with advertisements (banner ads and interstitial ads shown every 3 games).
  • Premium Subscription: Users who purchase a Premium subscription can enjoy an ad-free experience for the duration of their subscription.
  • Game Center (Optional): Users can optionally connect their Game Center account to participate in global leaderboards and view their ranking.
  • Data Storage: Your best scores and statistics are stored locally on your device.

3. Intellectual Property

Unauthorized copying, modification, reverse-engineering, or redistribution of the Application or any of its components is strictly prohibited. All trademarks, copyrights, and other intellectual property rights remain the property of the Service Provider.

4. Premium Subscriptions and Payments

Race Start: Reaction Test Time offers the following auto-renewable subscription:

  • Weekly: $0.99

Auto-Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.

Cancellation: You can cancel your subscription anytime through your App Store account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Payment Process: Payments are processed via RevenueCat and managed through your Apple ID account. Fees are clearly displayed before purchase.

Refunds: Refund requests are handled by Apple according to their refund policy.

5. Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

The Application is provided for entertainment purposes only. The Service Provider accepts no liability for any direct or indirect loss resulting from use of the Application. The Service Provider cannot guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, although updates will be provided where possible.
